Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) will host the Back-to-School Care Fair at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on Aug. 15 to help families take advantage of valuable resources in the division and community.

- A physical exam is required for participation. You may download the Athletic Participation Physical Examination Form or contact your school. Please note that the blue “School Entrance Health Forms” and recreation sports physical forms are not accepted as athletic physical forms.

Tryouts Information
Please Read… Procedure for Students Making an Athletic or Academic Team
The mandatory Parent/Guardian meeting for any child making an athletic or academic team will be held each quarter after tryouts are complete. You will not have to attend this meeting more than once a year but you will need to attend all coaches meetings for each team your child makes. The meeting dates for Parent Meetings after school will be: Q1 September 1st; Q2 November 18th; Q3 February 3th; Q4 April 6th.
